About Us

Ken Cooper

Our founder Ken Cooper is a serial entrepreneur techie who loves to build engaging tools for others. He enjoys mysteries, fun outings, and writing code, and decided to bring these passions together into a game.

His previous company, Cooper & Peters, was acquired by Microsoft in 1997. Subsequently at Microsoft he contributed six patents in his work as a UI architect on ASP.Net and the Windows Presentation Foundation. In the early 90's, he coauthored several popular tools for the Smalltalk developers community, including WindowBuilder, which is now part of the open source development toolkit Eclipse. His earliest work consisted of rocket simulations in Alan Kaye's lab at Xerox PARC (At least, that's how his mom referred to them).

Ken lives with his wife and two sons in Bellingham, Washington, a college town in the lush and beautiful Pacific Northwest.
